Lake Sam Run, Aug 18th

The Lake Sam run is on August 18th 2024. It takes place on the beautiful fully paved Lake Sammamish Trail, starting at the Issaquah Courthouse at 8am.

It’s a 13.1 mile run where runners turn around at 6.2 miles up the trail, near Marymoor Park in Redmond. There will be 5 ice cold water stations set up.
